  Neat bar and restaurant and rooms within spitting distance of the airport. Small beer 330 ml at 750 cfa is a little pricey but you're paying for a well maintained dining area with a flat screen etc. Fans work well and the first floor location gets a lot of breeze in the evening. Food and rooms looked good too. This is on the main road just before the airport. You can easily walk to the airport from here, 5 minutes, even with a backpack
